Online registration for residential places will be open until Monday 03 September 2018, after that time delegates will only be able to register onsite at the meeting.


  • All registration costs listed are per person (please note that registrations cannot be shared)
  • Registration fees (except where stated) include 4 nights’ accommodation at the Conference Venue, Royal Holloway University of London from Wednesday 12 September to Sunday 16 September 2018. The accommodation offered is in student halls, which has ensuite and is of a good, basic standard.
  • NCL 2018 is primarily a scientific meeting and therefore we are not able to accommodate the attendance of children (anyone up to and including the age of 16 years old).
  • Specific requests for registration without accommodation must be made in writing before registering for the meeting, by emailing the NCL 2018 Meeting Team at Applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as this meeting is designed to be residential.

Satellite Meetings

  • If you have been invited to attend any pre-event/post event satellite meetings please confirm during the registration process.
  • If you require accommodation on either Tuesday 11 September or Sunday 16 of September please inform the person who is running your satellite meeting so that arrangements can be made.

Research Foundations, Patient Organisations (PO), and patient family members

We welcome attendance from Research Foundations, Patient Organisations (PO), and patient family members.

 For PO's please select the standard fees option when completing you registration.

 If you are a patient family member and would like to attend the Conference please contact the NCL 2018 Meeting Team at so that we can assist further.

Submitting an Abstract

Please note that you must be registered for the meeting in order to submit an Abstract. The link for submitting your abstract will be included in your registration confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refund or cancellation requests will be accepted or authorised after 02 July 2018, for any reason including ill health. All authorised refund requests received in writing before this date will be processed after the NCL 2018 meeting has taken place.

Onsite Registrations

Identity must be provided when registering onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead, drivers licence or passport.
